General Requirement:

  • able to perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

  • excellent interpersonal skills and customer service

  • empathetic with patients’ needs and concerns.

  • ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment

  • excellent computer skills and be familiar with EMR

  • have a reliable mode of transportation

  • business attire and Positive team-player attitude

  • a prior experience in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery is preferred but not required

  • prior knowledge in sales, medical billing

  • Availability to work on Saturdays, overtime if required
